ms. sensitive

i'm learning that maybe our feelings get hurt so that we can confront, be affirmed, and walk-on even more deeply connected.

i'm with you, sister - 'ms. offendable' could by my nickname. i have an incredibly offendable heart, especially as of late. check out this article from Francis Frangipane ... it touches on the unoffendable heart ... and how often times that's God's way of taking us deeper, just as you mentioned ...

I also think that God put sensitive people like you on the planet to teach boneheads like me how to act right. Seriously. You might be easily offended, but sometimes it's appropriate, and it calls out people like me who just sorta say or do whatever without really thinking about it. Why God didn't just make us all sensitive is yet another one of his hilarious mysteries. But trust, you are serving a purpose in your own little thin skinned way.

I'm thinking of renaming my blog as well, I don't know. Lindsay told me the other day that I'm a switcheroosky. I guess I try to change too much. Her comment was in reference to cell phones, but I think it applies in many areas.
