thanks sweety

***********

words from a wise friend used to remind me that sometimes i'm just wrong.

meeting, courting, kissing, loving should come really really easy. a marriage takes work, a relationship can take some work, falling in love should be a snap.

If one looks at "love" as the biological process of attraction, then these functions are said to be unconscious to us, as in, attraction to a possible "mate" seems to happen without us knowing about it (consciously). So if this is all automatic, then it's no wonder why it's so easy on one hand, but on the other hand a person may tend to wonder why the heck are they attracted to people who they know are ALL wrong. When we get passed all the the layers we put on, the artist, the musician, the banker, the salesman, etc., I think we're all just human of course, and basically the same. So perhaps our unconscious mind is well aware of this, or blisfully unaware of the facades rather, and therefore does not take this into account when deciding who to make us attracted to. And isn't it funny how we say "falling in love" as if to suggest that we are not in control of the process?

Then long term, monogomous relationships are a whole other can of worms. :)

yeah you wanna talk about the mystics of finding "the one"...go see March of the Penguins, right Erica? What God had in mind when He made those creatures is beyond me, but it's beautiful.

you should see it, Brendon, seriously. It affected me way more than I was expecting. I only chose to go to it since it was the only G movie in the theaters I could take Erich to! I'm sure I got more out of it than he did. He was really more focused on the gigantic bag of popcorn.
